How it works

Private agreements. Blockchain-backed proof. Verifiable trust.

As AI becomes capable of creating agreements, coordinating decisions, and executing increasingly complex workflows, trust requires more than intelligent software.

NoDisclose combines AI-assisted agreements, identity and authorization controls, and blockchain-anchored verification to create independently verifiable records — while keeping private information off the blockchain.

Your documents stay private. Their integrity becomes independently verifiable.

  1. Private agreement
  2. Canonical record
  3. Cryptographic fingerprint
  4. Blockchain timestamp proof
  5. Independent verification
Only cryptographic fingerprints are submitted for timestamping. The agreement itself is never published.
  1. 01Create

    AI-assisted agreements. Human control.

Describe your agreement in natural language. NoDisclose helps structure it using approved legal templates, while deterministic systems control binding terms and validation. AI assists the process. It does not independently determine what becomes legally binding.

  2. 02Verify

Establish who agreed and what they authorized.

NoDisclose uses identity, email ownership, eligibility, comprehension, and signing controls to record the agreement process. Each participant must satisfy the applicable verification requirements before execution.

  3. 03Secure

    Blockchain-backed protection against undetected changes.

After execution, NoDisclose creates a deterministic canonical agreement and generates its cryptographic fingerprint. The fingerprint is committed through an independent timestamping process for blockchain anchoring. Changing the canonical agreement changes its fingerprint, exposing a mismatch during verification.

The agreement itself is not published to the blockchain.

  4. 04Prove

Independently verifiable. Not dependent on our word.

Anyone holding the canonical executed agreement and its completed timestamp proof can independently verify the document fingerprint and associated blockchain timestamp evidence. This allows the record's integrity and existence by the attested time to be checked without relying exclusively on NoDisclose's database.

Built for a world where AI can act.

AI systems are evolving beyond answering questions. They are increasingly capable of coordinating workflows, interacting with services, and taking actions on behalf of people and organizations.

That creates a fundamental challenge:

How do we verify what was authorized, what was agreed upon, and whether the resulting record has been altered?

NoDisclose is built around the architectural foundations required to address that challenge.

  • AI helps interpret intent.
  • Deterministic systems enforce rules.
  • Cryptography provides independently verifiable evidence.

The future of autonomous systems requires more than intelligence. It requires accountability.

Agent-to-agent contracting is the architectural direction for NoDisclose, not a feature available today.

Private by design. Verifiable by architecture.

  • Privacy

Encrypted personal information and controlled access.

  • Authorization

Identity checks, signing gates, and deterministic enforcement.

  • Integrity

Cryptographic fingerprints, timestamp commitments, and independent verification.

These components work together but serve different purposes: blockchain anchoring provides integrity and timestamp evidence, and it does not encrypt or store the private agreement.

Technical details: How independent verification works

A cryptographic hash function turns a sequence of bytes into a fixed-length fingerprint. The same bytes always produce the same fingerprint, and changing any byte produces a different one, so a fingerprint can identify a document without revealing it.

OpenTimestamps calendar servers combine submitted fingerprints and commit them to Bitcoin. The resulting proof records the path from a fingerprint to that commitment, so anyone with the canonical record and its proof can check it with open-source tools.

Confidentiality and evidence are separate jobs. Encryption and access authorization keep the agreement private. Anchoring provides integrity and timestamp evidence. The blockchain does not encrypt or store the document, and it does not prove that statements in it are true, that it is legally enforceable, who the signers are, or that consent continues.
